I run Lennox Build, a local carpentry and building company servicing the Northern Rivers.
I work in all aspects of carpentry including decks, pergolas, door and window repair/replacements, fix outs, framing.

How are jobs priced?
Quoted: I can come meet with you to discuss your project and collect measurements and details from you.
I'll go and make a detailed broken down quote that clear and comprehensive for you to look over.
Cost plus: I can work on hourly rate and then materials supplied plus margin. Generally there are minimums such as 4hr or 8hr min depending on works to be done.
Availability
Small jobs that may take a day or two can normally be done within a week or two.
Larger renovations or remedial work can be weeks to a month or two depending on the size of the job.
Other constraints can be material selection, most materials we can get in with 5-10 days.
Other Trades
Because Lennox Build has been locally operated for a long time I have a relationship with all trades needed for building.
This covers but not limited to Electricians, Plumbers, Tilers, Painters, Plasterers and others such as landscapers.
All trades can be included in a single quote so you only have to deal with myself and I arrange and manage all other trades.
